Refurbishment of the retained T Block on Clyde Walk began late summer early autumn 2009.Nine months on the properties are still vacant and externally it appears the block looks in a far worse condition than it did in 2008 yet at the same time there continues to be a shortage of social housing.
Considerable monies will have already spent on this vacant block yet some long term tenants have still not had full rewires/kitchens/Bathrooms ,it appears that in certain circumstance's strict decency is now being applied.
......making it a lottery...some win......some lose.
